Any individual and/or promotional/party group that uses the name Charlotte Black Gay Pride or any combination of our legal name on advertisements such as flyers and/or websites for parties/events must have written permisson through a contractual agreement with our organization. If you are currently adverstising parties/events and do not have a contractual agreement with us, you must remove Charlotte Black Gay Pride immediately.Failure to comply may result in the following: shut down of your party/event by CMPD and legal papers filed against you or your organization.
